Peruvian Club Universitario Deportes Football Club has officially launched Universitario Play, its new OTT with exclusive content, with technical development in charge of Poipes. Contents can be accessed via the web, as well as from the app, available for download on iOS and Android devices from Google Play and the App Store.
As reported on the platform’s web version, Universitario Play’s content catalog includes free and premium content, such as documentaries, interviews, games, live broadcasts, Universitario’s football matches, and others. The OTT offers four subscription models: one free, which only allows access to free content, and another three in which a paid subscription is needed, and subscribers are able to access all the content portfolio. Paid subscriptions include a monthly model (USD 3.99); other semi-annual (two annual payments of USD 19.99 each); and one annual (USD 39.99).

Apart from Universitario Play, Poipes has recently implemented the technical development of other platforms for various football clubs in Latin America, such as Nacional TV (Nacional; Uruguay); Estudiantes Play (Estudiantes de La Plata; Argentina) and Racing Play (Racing Club; Argentina).
