Mexican triple play operator Totalplay has added the Wow 4K and Speed Factor 4K TV channels last November 1st. Both channels belong to Mimyuni Media Entertainment and, according to the company, they have been specially designed to meet the needs of millennials and generation Z.
‘We are very proud to know that two of our 4K channels for Millennials and Generation Z are already operating in the Latin market, thanks to Totalplay’, reported Maria Dey, COO at Mimyuni for Spain and Latin America.
With the new channels, Totalplay customers will be able to access two initiatives focused on sports: the first one is Wow 4K, with content focused on extreme sports, lifestyles and entertainment, with more than 3 thousand hours of content specially selected by professionals in more than 80 extreme sports. ‘With Wow 4K, the audience will visit the most dazzling places in the world of sports, listen to the stories of elite athletes and attend the most exclusive events in the sports environment’, they reported from Mimyuni.
Another of the company’s channels, also available in Mexico through Totalplay, is Speed Factor 4K, with content focused on the world of motor racing and high-speed sports. As reported, their offer includes more than 3 thousand hours of entertainment for fans of these issues.
Another of the Mimyuni Media Entertainment channels that has also been expanding in Latin America is Lolly Kids TV, a channel whose aim is to provide boys and girls between 5 and 17 years old with a permanent official stage on TV, where they can participate and show their singing, dancing and musical instrument skills. The channel has recently arrived at the Dominican Republic with Wind Telecom, and it was previously launched in Colombia (with HV Multiplay); and in Panama (through Cable Onda).
